These rates are based on a 2 person occupancy.

For each additional person over 2 years of age, add $10 per person per night.

Covered boat slip is included in the rates.

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: 3 night minimum (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day)

Children under 2 years of age do not count in the number of guests.

NOTE! We limit the number of guests at any time to 6. (If you need a place that sleeps more than 6, check out our friends places.

Cleaning fee: $50.00 for 2 occupants plus $5.00 per person over 2.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed without first obtaining permission. One small dog will be "considered" but you must call to verify acceptance. Additional "pet fee" of $10.00 will be added to the cleaning fee.

Reservation deposit required to hold dates is $200. Full payment required 21 days prior to arrival.

Rates subject to local (3%) and state (5.475%) taxes.

This is our personal Guest House and is conveniently located two doors from our home. Wild parties NOT allowed.
